SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

US shipping
FREE on all orders. Estimated delivery: 5-11 business days after processing. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to PO boxes — please use a complete physical street address.

Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking email can take 2-4 days to show movement after you receive it — this is normal and your package is on its way.

Delays
Carrier delays (weather, holidays, peak season) are outside our control, but if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@happycatfinds.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout. Email us immediately at support@happycatfinds.com if you spot a mistake — we can only update addresses before the order ships.
